For the last several years I've been on a journey to become healthier, that started with some other amazing romance authors. During my first few years as a published author I didn't put my health first, and as a result gained quite a bit of weight. I'm now down 70 lbs and still pushing to lose even more. It think its very important for us writers and readers, who spend most of their day sitting in front of a computer or with a kindle on your lap, to focus on our health and take care of our bodies. So we'll have many more years of reading and writing ahead of us.
