This was an awesome story. Despite my not entirely liking the dynamic between brothers, I really enjoyed the story. Grant, Daniel and Kate were a perfect trio.
Kate is a strong, independent women who finds love in Daniel. Daniel is a character who values his woman, knows what he wants and goes after it. These two together make a sexy team. But, when you throw in Grant, it becomes a combustible situation. Kate and Grant’s dynamic is so different than the dynamic that she has with Daniel.
The domination that Grant has over Kate is overwhelming and passionate. She doesn’t really know how to react since she had thought that she was going to be OK with burying that desire. Grant also thought he was surviving without exerting his dominance over Kate – but both realize they need each other to fulfill those desires. But, when Daniel is added to the mix, this trio is explosive, sexy, cowboy yumminess!
Will the brothers be able to overcome their past resentments to move forward? Will Kate be able to forgive the Dom who broke her? The relationship that ensues is one of hot sex, dominance and trust.

This was an excellent story. It was a warm holiday read. The author used very descriptive language so you could visualize the scenes well. The story flowed well. The author had you loving the relationship between Kate and Daniel. But then introduced Grant and the story sizzled.
The characters in the story were perfect. Where Daniel was a very loving, caring and sweet guy, his brother Grant, was the opposite and was a very dominating guy. Kate was a loving young woman knowing something was missing in her life. The story is about how two sexy cowboys are going to work their way into Kate’s life. A very quick, excellent read!

What is YOUR grown-up Christmas wish? Willa Edwards has come up with a very interesting adult one in Owned for Christmas. Kate wants her man, her Dom, but which one does she pick?
Kate is a sheltered woman, although she admits she can only find her true self as a submissive. And only with one Master - Grant. But Grant disappeared, leaving only a note, and Kate's niggling thoughts on whether she was a good enough sub or not. His desertion almost destroyed her and if not for Daniel, she would probably have taken years to recover.
Daniel is gentle, sweet, and kind; and most definitely not a Dom. He nurses Kate back to normal with his infinite patience and care, all the while assuring her that there's no one else for him. Finally she gets the courage to leave the city and travel with him to the family ranch for Christmas. It's a perfect holiday, right?
Maybe not. She's pleasantly surprised by the cozy ranch house, his sweet mom, and homey traditions, nothing of which she had growing up. The shocker comes in the form of Daniel's brother, no other than Grant himself. Suddenly all Daniel's hard work on her recovery seems to be all for nothing.
Grant is still attracted to Kate and had his own reasons for leaving the way he did. Seeing her with his pesky younger brother may be even more than he can take, with the loss of his famous iron control the first victim of his guilt.
Exactly how much does one love the other? What would they be willing to give up to have that love?
This may be a quick novel to read, but it's definitely heavy on the erotic romance. It explores a dark fantasy of many woman in a loving, romantic, thrilling way. Kate does get it all, plus even more than she imagined. Who wouldn't want the complete and perfect man? Or men?
Owned for Christmas would definitely make anybody's holidays red hot. Willa Edwards, what a way to celebrate!

Kate is meeting her boyfriend’s mother for the first time for the Christmas holidays. Though Kate loves Daniel, she’s keeping a secret from him about her past lover, a Dominant who broke her heart. When she and Daniel arrive in Colorado, Kate discovers that her past lover is Daniel’s brother, Grant. Torn in two, Kate must decide if she wants the loving security that Daniel has always given her or the Dominance that Grant provides.
This is emotional turmoil done right. I could feel the way Kate was tempted in both directions and her despair at having to choose between her needs and her heart. There was a lot to like about this story, but I want to address some things that were a problem for me...
...What’s right about this book is the careful handling of the D/s relationship. The understanding that Daniel is a vanilla guy and that Grant is a Dominant that met different needs in Kate was well done. I liked the way the story put me in Kate’s dilemma without giving her an easy out. The choice does seem cut and dried. Does she choose the sexual satisfaction of her submissive nature? Or does she deny it for the awesome trade off of intense, beautiful love? I was worried halfway into the story that there would be a simple solution. But there isn’t and the story doesn’t give one. The resolution is as complicated as it needs to be. The relationship between the three of them seems to fit together and both men fill a different need in a very hot, very sexy way.
To be honest though, in Kate’s shoes, it would have been a no-brainer. As nice as Daniel is, I’d have dumped him in a heartbeat for Grant. But that’s my twisted submissive talking. The BDSM in this story is good, but nothing hardcore. The vanilla sex is steamy and erotic, just the way I like it, and the D/s play is perfectly done. I enjoyed this book and would love to read more from this author.

Now this is how love triangles should end. Why does only one guy get the girl? Maybe the girl wants both... After all, it can be more fun that way... That's how I would describe Willa Edwards's Owned for Christmas. It was just plain fun to read. I liked the characters and how they balanced each other. Kate was a mix of sugar and spice. She truly loved the sweet natured Daniel, but also craved the spiciness that only Grant could provide. Daniel loved Kate enough to know that something was missing in their relationship. He knew that she was still recovering from a broken heart, but Daniel could never imagine that it was his own brother that broke it. As for Grant, he also loved Kate, but it took him letting her go to realize it. Now this is where things get really interesting...
At first glance, Owned for Christmas sounded like the typical Christmas romance. Boy loves girl. Boy brings girl home to meet family. Girl finds out that the boy who stole her heart is her new guy's brother. Girl hates seeing brothers fight and decides that is is better for everyone if she left. That is where Owned for Christmas moves into its own type of Christmas romance. I had so much fun reading this book. I know that Christmas is over, but if you are still in the holiday mood (or just want to read a ménage romance), give this one a shot. The best thing is... The guys get the girl and they still fight for her.

Owned for Christmas is a fun Christmas ménage, that offers a fantasy turned into reality. What if you were to date a man, fallen in love and only for him to disappear from your life. Leaving you pick up the broken pieces. Pieces that were picked up by another man who healed your heart to a point but you still think about the first man. What if your boyfriend invited you to his home for Christmas and you discover that the man who broke your heart, is his brother and you had no clue….
The author explores this scenario with a sweet Christmas ménage about second chances and healing. Kate is a former sub who has pushed her needs aside to be dominated for love and acceptance with Daniel. Daniel values her as a person and treats her well and she loves him for it. However she miss Grant her former Dom who gave her what she craves, domination.
So what if Santa Claus decides to give her a gift that she secretly craves. Grant but she isn’t sure if she wants him back. She might crave to submit to him but she an independent woman who knows what she wants and despite her connection with Daniel, she is missing something that only Grant can give.
I loved the concept of this story and I loved how the brothers where night and day but both wanted the same thing. I love how Grant took charge and If I was going to chose a brother that I love more than in this story , it would have to be him. Daniel was surprising naive despite being the country boy turned city boy. He seemed shelter about certain things and it was interesting to see the dynamics between the brothers. I almost wanted to question his naiveté at some points as he was willing to be more accepting over certain things than others. But then he is straight laced compared to his brother.
A perfect little Christmas story for those who are looking for something steamier to spicy up the their holidays. Two men , one woman, Grant the Dom who wants her back for forever, Daniel the clueless man who thinks that Kate is happy as they are and Kate torn between two men. I loved how Kate was thrown into the deep end and had to question what she wanted. Grant thought he had made things right when he left but didn’t know what do to fix things that he thought was perfect . I love a second chance romance and this book is perfectly time with Christmas only just around the corner
